I got up early to go to the outdoor studio and caught the sunrise. It was spectacular.

This is the picture that I made for Randy and Cathy for Christmas. Randy is a big fan of crows. It is now hanging in their living room.

That's Clever

This is the dimensional collage that I made for the HGTV show That's Clever. It is to be aired in the spring. I also did a crayon resist on muslin that I adhered to the front of a journal.

King Dylan

Ok so it is a purple crown, it can still be fit for a king......or Dylan can be a drag queen. This is the Dream crown that I made to donate to the silent auction for breast cancer awareness. It was the highest bid!!

the holidays are over

The holidays are finally over and done with. I have reclaimed our house and put away all the christmas decorations. We had a great visit with Randy and Cathy, Jerry's twin brother and his wife, on christmas eve and christmas day. THis is a photo of the two of them.................

angela and painting

This is Angela with her painting that she donated to the Katrina relief auction held in Hollywood. She is such an amazing artist.

This is a journal that I made for my niece for christmas. The hand is metal as is the binding. I just learned how to do repousse and am addicted to it. Hope she likes it.

I just finished the carving for the christmas cards. Now to stamp it 150 times..... whew.

bedhead

the boys are going to kill me for posting this picture but I just love it. Kyle had just taken off his beany and his hair was sticking straight up and Scott had major bedhead. They were not happy campers when I took the picture as you can see. What's a mom to do????

artian angels

THis is what I have been working on recently. They are my Artian Angels. They guard your studio and watch over you while you are arting. I will be selling these soon......hopefully on my website. they are all handmade and hand embroidered.

Dylan and Loki friends at last. These two have had a love/hate relationship for a very long time. Perhaps it is because they were too tired to bother with each other.
